We want you to feel safe trying BuildYourBusiness. You can build your full plan for free, try execution free for 7 days, and if you subscribe and change your mind, you are covered by our money-back guarantee.

1Your 7-day money-back guarantee
If you subscribe to a paid plan and decide it is not right for you, you can request a refund of 80% of the amount you paid for that period, as long as you ask within 7 days of the date of that payment. This applies to your first payment and to renewal payments.
We retain a small portion (20%) to cover the real cost of the personalised AI work that is generated for you the moment you start, such as your full execution roadmap. This keeps the guarantee generous while the platform stays sustainable.
2The free trial
The execution workspace includes a 7-day free trial that does not require a card. During the trial you are not charged at all. You are only charged if you choose to subscribe, so there is nothing to refund for the trial itself.
3How to request a refund
You can request a refund in either of these ways:
- In the app: open Settings → Your plan → Request a refund.
- By email: write to contact@buildyourbusiness.io from, or mentioning, the email address you used to purchase, so we can find your order.
We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
4After the 7 days
After the 7-day window for a given payment has passed, that payment is non-refundable. You can still cancel anytime to stop future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
5Problems and exceptions
If you were charged in error, charged twice, or could not access what you paid for because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will make it right, including a full refund where appropriate. If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first rather than opening a chargeback, so we can resolve it quickly.
